Return and Exchange Policy

At The Wig Spa Canada, your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our updated policies regarding returns and exchanges:

Custom Orders:


All sales on custom orders are final once production has started or supplies have been ordered. If you cancel a custom order, you will be charged for the cost of the supplies. Any remaining balance will be provided as store credit. Custom orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

In-Stock Wigs:


This fee covers the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the item. We do not accept returns on in-stock wigs. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, we can offer an exchange for another item or provide store credit. A re-shipping fee will apply. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. The product must be unworn and unaltered. A

restocking fee of 10% of the original purchase price will be applied to exchanges and store credits.

 

Defective or Damaged Items:


If you receive a defective or damaged item, rest assured that we take this matter seriously. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will address the issue promptly and provide an appropriate resolution, ensuring your satisfaction.

Return Shipping:


As a valued customer, you play a crucial role in the return process. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the unwanted item back to us. Please note that products altered by the customer cannot be returned or exchanged.

Re-shipping Fees:


Any exchanges will incur a re-shipping fee, which will be communicated to you during the exchange request.

Affiliate and Discount Considerations:


Any extra costs paid to affiliates or discounts applied to your purchase will be factored into the exchange or store credit process.

Cancellation Policy:


Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. In-stock orders can be cancelled within 5 hours of placement. After this period, orders are processed and shipped. This policy is in place to ensure that we can provide you with the best service and products.

Duty Fees and Taxes:


We are not responsible for any extra duty fees and taxes that may apply to your order. These fees are the customer's responsibility and may vary depending on location.
